How can I edit a completed document?

Option 1: Generated pdf and .docx files are produced at teh conclusion of each interview. Users may download these files and edit directly.

Option 2: Users could open a taken interview, (available under My Interviews,) and revisit previously answered questions by using the Review Answers utility.
